Sales Purchase Specialist

Position Description:

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services required by the organization, with a primary focus on import operations. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, compliance with trade regulations, and timely delivery while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan and execute procurement activities as per company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary:

Up to 3.6 Lakh per Annum
