Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduation :-Degree/ Diploma is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Promote products at dealer outlets and convert customer inquiries into sales.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and clearly explain features and benefits.
Increase counter sales using effective selling techniques and meet targets.
Follow up with potential customers and drive closure.
Train dealer staff on product details and sales techniques.
Maintain attractive and brand-aligned product displays.

Qualifications & Skills:

2- 3 years of sales experience in building materials, furniture, consumer durables, electronics, or related industries.
Graduation preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing personality.
Strong concept-selling and need-creation abilities.
Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and complete tasks within deadlines.
