Job Description

The Sales Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager/ Manager position at VMS Careline, a leading healthcare furniture provider, involves driving sales of healthcare furniture in Pune, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions, and leveraging your network to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of sales experience in the healthcare furniture or medical equipment sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share in the assigned region. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare institutions, and clinics. - Leverage your existing network to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of VMS Careline's healthcare furniture products and their benefits to prospective clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. - Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review. Qualifications & Requirements: - 5-10 years of proven sales experience in healthcare furniture, medical equipment, or a related field. - Established network of healthcare professionals and institutions in Pune, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, with a results-driven approach. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
