Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
