Sales Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management

    : Call and follow up on leads generated from online property portals and other marketing channels.
  • Property Pitching

    : Source and pitch relevant property options from the database to prospective clients.
  • Client Management

    : Conduct site visits and assist buyers/sellers in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Documentation

    : Manage formal documentation for transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Skills Required

  • Prior experience in

    real estate sales

    with a builder or broker.
  • Experience in South Mumbai's residential or commercial resale, rental, or lease market.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in computers.
  • Strong

    lead generation

    abilities.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
