Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Bhubaneswar , Cuttack, Anugul . Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, providing financial product recommendations, and staying updated on market trends to deliver effective solutions. Sales Professionals will collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition expertise
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial products, such as lending, insurance, and wealth advisory
• Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and offering tailored solutions
• Ability to meet targets and manage client relationships effectively
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
