Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Professional. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, assisting in the display and marketing of jewelry, and building lasting customer relationships. The Sales Professional will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• 3-5 years Sales experience and a passion for the jewelry industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of gemstones and jewelry craftsmanship
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in luxury retail is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree
