Job Description

Job Title: Sales Operations - BFSI

Lead Management & Conversion:
Manage inbound and outbound sales leads, qualify prospects, and ensure a smooth conversion process.
Sales Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team to track and optimize sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Client Interaction:
Engage with BFSI professionals, understanding their learning needs and recommending suitable programs.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and analyze data for actionable insights.
Process Optimization:
Streamline sales operations to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with a background in BFSI or EdTech.
Experience:
2-5 years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably in BFSI or Education sectors.
Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with BFSI sector trends and challenges.

Salary - Upto 5.5LPA
