Job Description

Role: Sales Operations / Revenue Operations Roles

Responsible for Revenue projections and tracking. Yearly Budgeting activities for once in a year
Maintain/Ensure the Pipeline Hygiene in Excalibur, Conduct the regular cadence with portfolio leaders and L2/L3 leaders.
Share the reports with all stakeholders on different KPPS on timely basis - Revenue, Bookings and Pipeline
Coordination with external stakeholders like - Legal, Finance, Delivery, O2C etc during the new deal discussions, approval and raising the CCG request till deal signatures
New customer onboarding in system and ensure smooth transition - Involves Sharing the Invoice formats; Vendor Registration; Penalty discussion, KPI discussion and calculations with Delivery and Customer; Smoothen the billing process
The person will acts as a strategic revenue partner to business leaders, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational rigor across all initiatives.
To track and govern all KPI Operational parameters (various parameters like BRE, PGSB categories, Status updates etc)
This role oversees governance, portfolio management, reporting, and strategic alignment of programs to business goals.
