About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist (Intern) who can help us expand our network and data in Jammu. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, identifying active construction sites and collecting essential data from labor hubs (Labour Chowks). Your work will directly impact how efficiently we match laborers with construction needs in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

Scout areas across Jammu to identify where construction work is actively happening.

Engage with site supervisors or contractors to understand their labor needs.

Visit local labour chowks to gather data on available laborers, including their skills, preferred job types, and contact information.

Maintain detailed records of your visits and insights via our mobile tools or data forms.

Provide daily reports to the operations team for planning and follow-up.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Jammu's geography and willingness to travel daily within the city.

Excellent communication skills, especially in Hindi; working knowledge of English is a plus.

Comfortable interacting with construction workers, supervisors, and contractors.

Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate studies (preferably in social work, urban planning, engineering, or related fields).
