Role Description: Sales & Operations Manager – Facility & Security Services


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing both the business development and day-to-day operations of our facility and security services division.


The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales growth, ensuring operational quality, and maintaining compliance with safety and service standards. The candidate should be able to independently handle clients, coordinate manpower and service delivery, and support the company’s mission of operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives for facility and security management services.

• Handle client acquisition, negotiations, and service renewals.

• Manage daily site operations, manpower deployment, and service quality.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and statutory compliance.

• Conduct training sessions for staff to maintain service standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and review performance reports, budgets, and operational metrics.



Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in facility or security services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India.

• Prior experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) will be an advantage.
