Job Description

As an Operation & Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing operational processes and sales team performance. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, optimizing workflows, analyzing performance, and enhancing team productivity. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage day-to-day operations while driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies, set targets, and forecast revenue. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including processes, tools (e.g., CRM), and workflows. - Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives while providing coaching for their development. - Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement. - Optimize and streamline sales processes, implement automation, and adopt best practices. - Administer CRM systems to monitor customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to align business goals and strategies. - Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and report on performance against targets. To excel in this role, you should have: - Leadership & Management skills to effectively lead, inspire, and support a sales team. - Analytical Thinking abilities to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Communication & Presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication to present strategies and reports clearly. - CRM Expertise with hands-on experience in platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. - Sales Operations Knowledge with a deep understanding of sales processes, workflows, and operational best practices. - Industry Awareness to stay informed about industry-specific trends and customer expectations. - Professional Experience of approximately 3-5 years in sales leadership or operations roles.
