This role goes beyond generating reports; it requires driving pipeline momentum, ensuring efficient progress of every deal, and proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and revenue acceleration opportunities. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end sales process, managing and optimizing the CRM system, ensuring disciplined deal movement, and maximizing every sales opportunity. You will be responsible for proactive pipeline management, revenue acceleration, deal execution, and follow-through. Additionally, your role will involve data-driven sales optimization, strategic cross-functional collaboration, sales enablement, and process optimization. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles within a technology or services company. Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and experience in sales enablement and process automation are essential.
