Job Description

Job Purpose To manage day-to-day sales operations for DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles), ensuring smooth order processing, coordination with logistics, timely dispatches, and efficient customer support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with customers for order booking, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups. Manage sales order processing, dispatch planning, and documentation. Align closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations. Track inventory levels and product availability in coordination with the plant team. Maintain customer records, sales data, and generate MIS reports as required. Support the sales team with backend operations and client servicing. Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and coordination abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/SAP systems preferred. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset. Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, preferably in agri/feed/FMCG/commodity sectors.
