Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Operations and Planning Executive based in Gandhidham. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, assisting in planning and coordinating sales strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. The Executive will also interact with customers to enhance service delivery, analyze sales data to identify trends, and contribute to ensuring operational efficiency in driving revenue growth. Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports will also be key responsibilities.

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to manage processes efficiently and drive results
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster impactful client relationships and address customer needs effectively
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and contributing to actionable strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the maritime or shipping industry is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must (both verbal and written)
