About Role In our quest for innovation, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional with a proven track record in designing and executing strategic sales plans to target a diverse customer base and establish a robust market presence. Roles & Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Identify, meet, and qualify potential clients as part of the B2B sales process. - Presentations and Demos: Deliver platform demos and presentations to potential clients, ensuring regular follow-up. - Proposal Development: Create high-quality proposals tailored to meet client needs. - Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Pilots: Conduct PoC's and pilots for potential clients, providing guidance and support throughout the pilot phase. - Client Onboarding: Facilitate client onboarding following the defined OnGrid onboarding process. - Client Insights: Gather valuable client and user insights for dissemination to the product, technology, and operations teams. - Account Management: Manage accounts and relationships with onboarded clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Requirements - 1-4 years of experience in IT/Platform sales, with a focus on client-facing business development. - Prior experience in B2B sales targeting CHRO and CXO level executives is preferred. - Knowledge of Background Verification (BGV) platforms/services or Staffing/Recruitment platforms/services is advantageous but not mandatory. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. - Strong business development acumen with a structured and disciplined approach. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus. - Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs, Spreadsheets, and MS Office is required for this role.,
