Qualification : Minimum Graduate Experience : Min 1-2 Years Location: Ludhaina,

Age : 25-30 years

Package: Ludhaina - 25000+ Incentive

Other Requirements : Must be Mobile, Valid Four wheeler driving License, Good

Communication Skills both written & Verbal

Job Summary:

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Achievement of Monthly /Annual assigned sales targets. (Retail Sales/ In-house Finance / In house Insurance /TGA / EW / other VAS). 2. SOP Adherence- Enquiry, Order, Delivery
  • Planning of monthly activities at N-1 month to achieve the enquiry targets as assigned with coordination to respective Team Leader.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made periodically.
  • To plan & execute Field Events, 100% Test Drive supported by house visits and more activities to generate the enquiries to achieve the assigned targets.
  • To ensure that Enquiry Management is done and maintained & recorded as per the specified Standards (Day wise Enquiry Planning & scheduling accordingly).
  • Adhering to the all Toyota SOP(s) ( 6 Position walk around, FAB,NAB)
  • Submission of Daily Sales Report on N+1 day, on or before the assigned time limit.
  • Follow up on new & existing leads and referrals resulting from field activity and updation in CTDMS and I-CROP; Further, closure of the same.
  • Adhering to Toyota SOP with regards to delivery procedures.
  • Customer Handling:
  • Proactive approach towards customer i.e. making periodic contact with customers before delivery viz updation of finance status, car availability etc.
  • Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Providing one stop solution to the customer for all services.
  • ● Follow-up of the enquiries generated through Digital Marketing
  • VOC Handling:
  • Post sales Follow up as per Toyota SOP
  • Realization of customer satisfaction feedback forms on monthly basis.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns with in Toyota stipulated time schedule & as per Toyota SOP.
  • Globe SOP: Payment, Billing
  • Billing of the Vehicles within stipulated timeframe as per policy
  • Timely follow up of Outstanding payments (if any)
  • Knowledge:
  • Actively participate all Toyota & In-House Trainings(KI & CI)
  • Adhering to the disciplinary policies of the Organization
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
  • Well Groomed (presentable, tidy appearance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
