Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly

  primary & secondary sales targets

  for assigned territory.
• Drive placement, visibility, and availability of all Beyond Snack products with strong focus on

  10 price-point SKU

  .
• Handle and expand General Trade network: distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
• Ensure distributor ROI, stock planning, claim management, and timely order execution.
• Execute market activation, trade schemes, and visibility initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits: beat execution, competition tracking, outlet expansion.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners to improve coverage and depth.
• Ensure hygiene metrics: productivity, beat adherence, fill rates, collections, and compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  14 years in FMCG General Trade.

• Mandatory:

  Hands-on experience in selling

  10 SKUs

  (chips, snacks, biscuits, confectionery, etc.).
• Strong understanding of distribution management and outlet-level execution.
• Ability to drive market penetration and volume in competitive environments.
• Good communication, basic numerical ability, and field discipline.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving, execution-led mindset.

Education

• Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates with strong FMCG field experience may also be considered.
