Job Description

Job Opening: Sales Executive Trade Sales (Eyecare Division)

Position:

Job Purpose

To drive regional trade sales as per Titan’s targets by managing the distribution channel network within the assigned geographical area, while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve trade sales targets in the assigned territory.
Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, franchise partners, and key customers.
Ensure smooth functioning of the distribution channel network.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, brand, merchandising, ISCM, and support functions) for business growth.
Deliver excellent service and support to customers and partners.

Job Requirements

Education:
Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant sales experience (trade sales / distribution management)
Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical skills
Interpersonal effectiveness
Ability to influence for impact
Tolerance for ambiguity
Relationship building & nurturing
