Job Summary:

Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to regional sales growth.
Promote company products and services effectively in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Prepare daily sales reports and share insights with the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum
1 to 4 years of experience
in sales and marketing (field experience preferred).
Graduation
is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle field activities confidently.
