Job Description

Role & responsibilities Objective: Manage the Front-line sales of the Branch Key Responsibilities (JD): Scope of work includes identifying potential customers for e-rickshaw preferably from the low-income group, generating revenues through sales, collecting customers KYC documents for vehicle financing, coordinating with banking partner for loan to ensure timely closure and enhancing customer relationship through regular interaction with existing SMV Green’s Customer. Responsibilities Include: Conduct field survey to identify potential customers interested in making e-rickshaw purchase Assist customers by providing information about vehicle’s features, specifications and financing support. Address customer queries pertaining to e-rickshaw and financing Check customer eligibility for vehicle financing and collect KYC Documents for loan processing Coordinate with Banking/Finance partner to ensure timely closure of e-rickshaw loan Achieve monthly and yearly e-rickshaw sales target Regularly maintain contact with customers to provide post-sales services, obtain customer feedback and resolve any arising customer issue Timely share the MIS with the Branch Manager
