*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Sales Officer to drive sales growth for our Home Loan (B2B &B2C sales). The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Home Loan Sales:*

- Generate new leads and sales for Home Loan products

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- *B2B Sales:*

- Identify and acquire new business partners (developers, builders, etc.)

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

- Promote Home Loan products to business partners

- Negotiate and close deals

- *Common Responsibilities:*

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Service)

- Meet and exceed sales targets

*Requirements:*

- 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in the banking/finance industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Knowledge of Home Loan products and B2B sales is desirable
