Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions. Handle client queries and provide timely support pre- and post-sales. Coordinate with customer support & technical teams for smooth onboarding. 3. Market Research & Product Knowledge Stay updated with company products, features, and competitors. Understand industry trends and customer pain points. Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Maintain accurate records in CRM/software systems. Track leads, opportunities, proposals, and closed deals.
