Job Purpose

To achieve sales targets and expand the distribution network for FMCG & OTC products (such as diapers, hygiene products, and personal care items) within the pharma distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with chemists, retail pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors.
  
• Promote and sell FMCG/OTC products (e.g., diapers, hygiene products, baby care, personal care).
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
  
• Ensure proper visibility and availability of products at retail outlets and pharmacies.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the FMCG/OTC segment.
  
• Regularly visit outlets to ensure product placement, merchandising, and stock rotation.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse for timely product delivery and stock availability.
  
• Identify new opportunities to expand distribution in uncovered markets.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Sales-driven mindset with target orientation.
  
• Good knowledge of FMCG/OTC/pharma distribution network.
  
• Relationship-building and customer management.
  
• Market awareness and competitor tracking.
  
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word, sales reporting).
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• 2 - 7+ years of experience in FMCG / OTC / Pharma sales (ideally in wellness, nutrition and personal care products), preferably who are visiting chemists/Pharmacies
  
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in distribution-driven businesses.
