Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Representative – FMCG (Chennai) Location: Chennai City (Local candidates preferred) Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Experience & Performance) Job Description: Parimal Mandir is looking for dynamic and driven Sales Officers / Sales Representatives with prior experience in FMCG distribution and retail sales. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling a network of distributors, expanding retail coverage, and driving primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Manage existing distributors and appoint new ones as needed Achieve monthly sales targets through retail and distributor engagement Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets Conduct regular market visits to assess retail performance and competitor activity Implement promotional plans and schemes in coordination with marketing team Prepare daily sales reports and share insights with the sales head Build strong relationships with retailers and resolve field-level issues promptly. requirements - Self-motivated and target-driven with good communication skills Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Proficiency in Tamil and basic knowledge of English/Hindi preferred Education: Minimum: 12th Pass | Preferred: Graduate (any stream) Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with monthly incentives Travel allowance as per company norms Opportunity to grow within a reputed incense and FMCG brand Structured training and development support
