Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Process Execution

  1. Generate

    Enquiries

    through daily digital (04) and physical (06) client interactions through Site Visit/Project/Eng./architect/ Old & Institutional Visit.
  2. Convert enquiries to

    Leads

    , and identify the

    Decision-Makers

    .
  3. Introduce yourself, the

    Company

    , and its

    products/services

    .
  4. Understand the clients

    pain points

    , project needs, and technical challenges.
  5. Offer

    Customized Solutions

    using product expertise.
  6. Submit the

    First Quotation

    , handle

    Negotiations

    , and finalize

    Orders

    .
  7. Oversee all

    Documentation

    ,

    Supply

    , and

    monitor Daily Schedule.

  8. Ensure timely

    Payment Collection

    as per agreed terms.

2. Daily & Weekly Operations

  • Make a minimum of

    10 client calls per day

    (04 digital, 06 physical).
  • Maintain a

    lead pipeline

    of both new and existing customers.
  • Ensure

    monthly sales target

    achievement (volume + revenue).
  • Follow up for

    payment collections

    regularly.

3. Reporting & CRM

  • Submit a

    weekly site visit report

    in Excel format.
  • Update all Lead and Customer Interactions in the

    Excel sheets /CRM tool.

  • Maintain a clean and accurate

    customer database

    (for Future Branding & Marketing Purpose).

4. Product Knowledge & Training

  • Attend all

    internal product and sales training

    sessions.
  • Stay updated with

    new product developments

    , application techniques, and project-specific needs.

5. Market Intelligence (MIS)

  • Track competitor

    Sales/Branding/Advertise/Social/Knowledge sharing activities, & market pricing, and regional demand trends.
  • Identify upcoming

    construction projects

    and local influencers.

6. Customer Relationship & Objection Handling

  • Address client

    complaints

    promptly and professionally, coordinate quality, Operation, or Account Team as per requirement.
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat orders.
  • Ensure high levels of

    customer satisfaction

    .

7. Customer Onboarding & scheduling

  • On-board new customers every month as per targets (minimum 03 to 04 is compulsory).
  • Plan

    site visits

    ,

    quotation submissions

    , and

    delivery schedules

    systematically.

8. Forecasting & Planning

  • Prepare and submit

    monthly and quarterly sales forecasts

    .
  • Support strategic planning based on ground-level feedback.
  • Develop a

    strategic plan to identify

    white space opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customers in order to

    enhance overall market reach

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 13 years experience in

    construction product sales

    , preferably

    Ready Mix Concrete

    .
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client objections and resolve technical concerns.
  • Familiar with

    CRM tools

    ,

    Excel reporting

    , and basic

    market research

  • Willing to travel extensively to

    construction sites

    and client offices.
