Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify and onboard new channel partners in the territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for partners.
Track competitor activities and market trends; share insights with management.
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline.
Submit daily sales reports and maintain proper sales documentation.
Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Technical background preferred).
14 years of
field/channel sales
experience.
Prior experience in
battery, inverter, solar, or electrical product sales
will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

Skills Required

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic product knowledge of batteries and inverters.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
