Job Overview:
We are hiring a goal-oriented Sales Officer to handle direct sales and client acquisition in the assigned territory. This role involves fieldwork, lead generation, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales
• Present company products/services to prospective clients
• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Submit daily sales activity reports to the reporting manager
• Support local marketing and promotional activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Willing to travel within the assigned area
