Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and establish relationships with new stores and retailers in

  Jharkhand Region

  to expand our market presence.
• Reorder Management: Work closely with existing stores to understand their inventory needs and facilitate the reordering process.
• Sales Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing clients to showcase company's product range and secure sales agreements.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for business growth.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline with 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the

  Food Processing (Sweets & Namkeen) or FMCG

  industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially English and regional language preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadline
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the snack and food market is a plus
