Role & responsibilities

Identify and engage potential members through calls, visits, and digital channels.
Present membership benefits and packages to prospective clients effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new members.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and resolve membership-related issues.
