What Youll Be Doing Be the face of the brand in your territory — generate leads, meet customers, and drive conversions . Actively scout and build relationships with DSAs, real estate agents, builders , and local connectors. Meet prospects, understand their needs , explain loan products, and get documents rolling . Ensure 100% compliance and documentation to minimize rejections. Manage your sales funnel using CRM or internal tools — no drop-offs, no excuses . Handle on-ground verifications , coordinate with credit & operations, and close deals like a boss. Push boundaries: if you’re not cross-selling , you’re not trying hard enough. What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in sales (Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage preferred). Solid field experience — you know your city’s streets better than Google Maps. Fluent in local language + Hindi/English. Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp, basic Excel, and mobile CRMs. Ability to build trust quickly with middle-income customers and channel partners. Relentless on follow-ups — your diary should be full of callbacks, not excuses. Passion for targets — you love incentives as much as your morning chai.
