Analyze logs, crashes, and performance metrics — be the user’s advocate. Continuously challenge and improve testing processes . You hate flaky tests and love deterministic pipelines. Document bugs like a pro — clear, reproducible, and impossible to ignore . What You Bring 2–4 years of solid experience in QA and test automation. Proficiency in Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured , or similar frameworks. Strong in manual exploratory testing and test case design. Good understanding of API testing , using tools like Postman , Swagger , or scripting frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and test reporting tools (Allure, TestNG, etc.). Comfortable with Java, Python, or JavaScript — automation isn’t optional here. Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and sprint-based testing cycles. Bonus: Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter/Gatling) , WebSockets , or testing real-time systems .
