Job Description

As a Sales Officer specializing in Dealer & Distributor Sales at Kosher, a fast-growing and innovative tissue brand, your role will be crucial in driving growth in the West Bengal region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through dealer and distributor networks. Building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors, identifying and onboarding new dealers/distributors, and conducting regular market visits to track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams for the smooth execution of supply chain, marketing campaigns, and regional sales initiatives, while analyzing sales data and market feedback to make recommendations for improvement. Timely reporting, accurate forecasting, and maintenance of sales documentation will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies through dealer and distributor networks to achieve targets. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers and distributors. - Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market reach. - Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities. - Provide exceptional customer support for quick query resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of supply chain and marketing campaigns. - Analyze sales data and market feedback for improvement recommendations. Requirements: - 2+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, tissue, hygiene products, or related industries. - Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and established dealer/distributor networks. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and drive results. - Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems. Education: - Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - MBA preferred (not mandatory).
