Job Description

You will be joining AIS Distribution Services Limited (ADSL), the aftermarket division of Asahi India Glass Ltd., which offers a diverse range of tempered, laminated, and processed glass products. ADSL stands at the forefront of the industry with a well-established distribution network, catering to a wide array of customers nationwide, ranging from major dealers and retailers to small spare part retailers and garages. As a Sales Officer based in Hubli, this full-time role requires your dedicated presence on-site. Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing sales operations, lead generation, ensuring top-notch customer service, and managing channel sales activities. Your primary goal will be to achieve revenue targets within the replacement market segment, while also focusing on expanding the customer base in assigned territories. Building and nurturing relationships with market dealers in the region will be pivotal to your success in this role. You will be in charge of maintaining service levels for market dealers, ensuring timely dispatches, resolving customer grievances efficiently, and managing stock replenishment in the depot to meet market demands effectively. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to ensure prompt credit realization from the market. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, although candidates with knowledge of the automotive industry will have an added advantage. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for excelling in this role at ADSL.,
