Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer - Private Label Credit Cards (PLCC)

Location:

• Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur
• Hyderabad, Guntur
• Bengaluru, Mysuru

(may involve travel to various retail locations)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote PLCC Programs:

  Actively present and sell the benefits of the private label credit card to customers, encouraging new sign-ups and usage.

• Achieve Sales Targets:

  Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets for new card acquisitions and credit applications.

• Application Processing:

  Guide customers through the credit application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their credit accounts to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree (Any)

• Experience:

  Freshers with passion towards a Sales career my apply.

Preferred:Experience in a sales role, specifically with experience in selling financial products or credit cards (PLCC experience is a plus).

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
