Sales Officer

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets by promoting the company’s products, building strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely collection of payments, and expanding market presence. The role requires extensive travel, strong communication, and negotiation skills to generate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience in FMCG, Agriculture, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
