Sales Officer

Job Description

- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Manage distributors and ensure proper retail coverage as per the beat plan.

- Follow the Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and use company apps to capture orders.

- Implement and drive market schemes and promotional activities effectively.

- Handle queries from retailers, distributors, and end customers promptly.

- Ensure timely submission and settlement of distributor claims.

- Monitor and share updates on competitor activities.

- Support and drive new product launches in the assigned region.

- Maintain optimal stock levels at distributor points to avoid shortages or excess.

- Identify and appoint new distributors in vacant towns and districts.

- Strong skills in Customer Service, Lead Generation, and Sales Interaction.

- Excellent communication abilities.

- Experience in Sales Operations and Retailer & Distributor Management.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Good understanding of the local market and assigned regions.

🔹 Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales within the same trade/industry.

- Must have worked in Kolkata local and interior markets.
