Job Description Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory, month on month. Manage distributors and ensure retail coverage as per the beat plan. Follow the Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and use system apps for capturing orders. Implement and drive all market schemes effectively. Respond to all retailers, distributors & end customers queries in a timely Ensure distributor claims are submitted and settled promptly. Monitor and report competitor activities in the market. Support and drive new product launches in the territory. Manage stock levels at the distributor’s end to avoid shortages or excess. Identify and appoint new distributors in towns with coverage gaps. Qualifications Customer Service and Lead Generation skills. Strong Communication skills for effective sales interactions. Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory/ regions. Experience: Should have experience in FMCG or GT Sales, distribution management, people management, should have worked in large markets and must have range selling experience Must have minimum work experience of minimum 3 years in GT Sales or FMCG industry.
