Job Description Achieve both primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory, month on month. Manage distributors and ensure retail coverage as per the beat plan. Follow the Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and use system apps for capturing orders. Implement and drive all market schemes effectively. Respond to all retailers, distributors & end customers queries in a timely Ensure distributor claims are submitted and settled promptly. Monitor and report competitor activities in the market. Support and drive new product launches in the territory. Manage stock levels at the distributor’s end to avoid shortages or excess. Identify and appoint new distributors in towns with coverage gaps.
