Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business for sports infrastructure products such as Box Cricket, Football Turfs, Basketball Courts, Badminton Courts (Indoor/Outdoor), Modular Tiles, and complete sports facility setups. The role includes lead generation, client meetings, handling inquiries, and converting prospects into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads within the Nellore region (Schools, Colleges, Gym Owners, Builders, Clubs, Municipal Corporations, Academies, RWAs, etc.).
  • Conduct field visits, product demos, and client presentations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries; maintain follow-ups until closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting of field visits, proposals shared, pipeline status, and closures.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Design teams for BOQs, proposals, and site assessments.
  • Ensure complete understanding and promotion of all 4K Sports products (modular tiles, turf systems, sports courts, accessories).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the sports infrastructure segment.
  • Assist in on-ground events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns in the region.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    1–3 years in Sales (Field Sales preferred; Construction/Infrastructure/Sports industry experience is an advantage).
  • Education:

    Any graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:

    Strong communication skills, negotiation, basic technical understanding, ability to present products, CRM & reporting skills.
  • Travel:

    Must be comfortable with extensive local travel in and around Nellore.
  • Other:

    Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
