About the Role
We are hiring energetic and ambitious Sales & Marketing Trainees who want to learn end-to-end BDE + Marketing + Field Execution across two high-growth verticals — Kefilo (food, wellness, cloud kitchens, functional products) and Hiwox (tech, SaaS, and service solutions).
This role gives you complete exposure to offline sales, lead generation, digital marketing, and strategy. If you’re someone who wants to grow in startups, build strong communication skills, and execute on the ground, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Marketing – 50%
Content creation (reels, posts, stories, basic scripts)
Cold calling, outreach, lead generation
Data collection & building contact databases
Managing automation tools, CRM updates, and follow-ups
Assisting in online workshops, webinars, and digital campaigns
2. Offline Sales & BDE Work – 50%
Visit gyms, hospitals, colleges, and corporates for pitching
Explain Kefilo & Hiwox services/product offerings
Schedule meetings with the founders and leadership team
Conduct offline workshops, events, and demo sessions
Collect videos, photos, and clips for marketing content
Ground-level lead generation and partner activations
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in fieldwork and interacting with business owners
Basic understanding of social media & marketing
Ability to learn fast and execute independently
High energy, discipline, and willingness to work at a startup pace
Training Duration & Growth Path
6-month trainee position
Stipend/Salary: ₹20,000/month (fixed)
On successful completion: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month, based on performance
Opportunity to take ownership of verticals in marketing or sales
Direct mentorship from founders
Eligibility

Must have bike + DL + laptop (mandatory)
Based in Bhubaneswar or willing to relocate
Should be extremely hardworking and growth-oriented
