Job Description: Sales & Marketing Professional – Fintech / Financial Services

About Us

We are a fast-growing fintech and financial services startup on a mission to transform the way businesses and institutions access innovative financial solutions. As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Professional who can help us grow our client base, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Professional will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship building, and effective promotion of our fintech products and services. The role requires a strong network in banking and financial institutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities in the fintech and financial services sector.

Build and nurture strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos to showcase our offerings.

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Travel domestically and internationally to meet clients, attend events, and close deals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of financial products, digital solutions, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Willingness and flexibility to travel (domestic & international).

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,046.50 - ₹41,810.53 per month
