We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing sales teams, and engaging with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Additionally, the position involves coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring effective communication of product promotions to target audiences. Qualifications for this role include excellent communication and customer service skills, a proven track record in sales and sales management, experience in training and managing teams, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
