This is a target-based role ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for travel and strategic marketing.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to boost awareness and bookings• Manage sales pipelines, from lead generation to conversion, and meet monthly/quarterly targets• Build and maintain strong client relationships with both B2B partners and direct customers• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities• Coordinate with Vietnam HQ for tour product updates and promotions• Handle promotional campaigns, online visibility, and brand positioning• Represent Saigon Adventure at trade shows, expos, webinars, and events• Maintain regular attendance and online presence through company tracking software⸻Qualifications:• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is mandatory• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field⸻Additional Requirements:• This is a target-based role with performance metrics• Online presence and attendance tracking via company software is mandatory, even in hybrid work mode• Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate may be eligible to travel abroad (Vietnam or other countries) for product training and familiarization trips⸻Benefits:• Competitive salary + target-based incentives• Opportunity to travel internationally• Flexible hybrid work environment with structured tracking• Work with a globally recognized Vietnam-based travel brand• Career advancement in a fast-growing international team
