Saigon Adventure, the #1 tour operator in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is expanding its operations and hiring an experienced, committed Sales Marketing Manager for its India-based team. This is a full-time role, primarily on-site at our Kerala office, with the possibility of remote work under specific conditions and approvals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Vietnamese sales and operations team Support the Director of Sales in executing marketing and sales strategies in the Indian market Represent Saigon Adventure at travel exhibitions, events, and trade shows Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners Participate in regular team meetings and reporting Travel when required for promotional and operational activities Maintain professionalism, accountability, and team collaboration Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector Excellent communication, sales, and client management skills Confident in presentations, negotiations, and public-facing roles Based in Kerala and able to work full-time from the office (remote optional under certain circumstances) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field A true passion for travel, people, and cultural exchange If you’re looking for a stable, long-term career in tourism with an international brand — where your efforts are valued, your work environment is friendly, and your success is rewarded — then we’d love to hear from you.
