Sales Marketing Manager

You will be working as a Sales & Marketing Manager in our company which is a dynamic and growing organization in the paper products industry, specializing in tissue paper. We have a strong presence in both domestic and international markets. Your role will be based in our Indore office. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets. You will be required to identify and pursue new business opportunities in tissue paper and related paper products. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing existing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and comprehensive reports will be essential. Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events is also expected from you. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales & marketing of paper products, especially tissue papers in both domestic and international markets. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Being goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently is crucial. Willingness to travel as required is also part of the job requirements.
