Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dewas for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to boost company sales, manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, and align sales goals with marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include market research, campaign management, creating marketing content, analyzing sales data, and establishing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Marketing Strategy Strong skills in Market Research, Campaign Management, and Data Analysis Experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Background in the digital marketing industry is a plus
