Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a
comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
for DantiPro Herbal Toothpaste.
Build and manage a
dedicated distribution system
specifically for this product line.
Identify, onboard, and manage
partnerships with distributors and retailers.
Plan and implement
promotional and brand-building campaigns
to boost visibility and sales.
Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
to guide decision-making.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets.
Ensure strong
market penetration
and monitor performance metrics regularly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

5 - 7 years of experience in
sales, marketing, and distribution
within the FMCG sector.
Prior experience in
personal care or dental care products
preferred.
Exposure to leading toothpaste brands such as
Dabur, Sensodyne, Colgate, Patanjali, or similar FMCG companies
is highly desirable.
Proven ability to
set up and scale distribution networks
from scratch.
Strong
leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with
hands-on execution capability.
