Job Overview

sales promotion and creation

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:
Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned retail territory (Lucknow and surrounding areas).
Sales Promotion & Creation:
Design, implement, and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns to boost product visibility and consumer demand.
Market Analysis & Data Management:
Collect and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and sales performance metrics.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain accurate and detailed sales records and promotional results using
MS Excel
.
Digital Data Collection:
Utilize the internet for targeted data collection and research to identify potential new markets, dealers, and retail opportunities.
Dealer/Distributor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers to ensure optimal stocking and product placement.
Travel:
Extensive travel within Lucknow, surrounding districts, and designated outstation areas will be required.

Education

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary:
2,00,000 to 2,25,000 Per Annum (CTC).
Allowance:
Additional Travel Allowance (TA) provided for field work.
Incentives:
Lucrative performance-based sales incentives will be awarded upon achieving suitable sales targets after an initial probation/performance review period.
