Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our BIM modeling courses training program. The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and engage technical students interested in advancing their careers in BIM modeling. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote BIM modeling courses training to technical students. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Edtech industry, specifically in BIM modeling education. • Collaborate with the content development team to create compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to showcase the value proposition of our courses. • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including events, workshops, and partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations. • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Edtech and BIM modeling to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. · Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies in the Edtech or related industry. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
